Second round of appts in Guelph

 So I just got a call from Guelph asking me if I would mind moving my appt from 27th to this friday the 23rd.......well ya of course I said that would be great. Now i'm freaking out thinking what if I didn't lose weight and gained instead?  Oh they will be so angry and I will feel so upset that all the things I've changed haven't worked.  I'm still waiting for my "cycle" to start so I know that causes me to feel HUGE and makes the scale go up a few pounds....I really hope they are all happy with my changes as much as I really am with myself. I feel like I am making progress with my weight for the first time in my adult life...just hope it's enough for the team at Guelph to put me through for the next step......Thank you all for the support I read everyday on here and I can't wait to be on that "BENCH"

you'll do great. if its just a few pounds it could just be water weight. What they don't want to see is 10 or 15 pounds. Then you go back for another appt to see the nutritionist. But they will still go by your yellow book date which will be the date of your first appt. Good Luck :)

Hi, I had my surgery in Guelph, and did gain weight, but had a good reason for it, and it was not a problem. NOT that I recommend gaining weight....
I was very happy with Guelph and hope things go well for you.

 My referral is in Guelph and I am now waiting for my surgeons Appointment.  During my visits to the social worker and dietician I gained a little bit of weight.  They were more concerned that I was making the changes over the bit of weight thatt I gained.  My next appointment I was down.  Good luck on thhe  23rd.
