It's more the length ( I know TMI sorry) that I find hard to deal with. If I find the right spot then all is good but WOW it can hurt at times.

That's my problem too.  It can hurt like hell sometimes which makes me not want to try it again for a while.  My poor husband can't win.  Before surgery I was so self consious that I didn't like to engage.  Now, it hurts so I don't want to either.  Poor guy. LOL

It is a strange feeling for sure. I am not as far along as many of your- 7 weeks post op 50 lbs down. I am finding I am over bending my arm and the lack of fat on my arm really hurts my elbow. As for my butt...the lack of cushion make it seem like I am sitting on bone (ouch). I am not complaining as the pain from being fat is far more uncomfortable than what I am going through now.

Ugh, I went to the movies last week, and I was amazed at how well I could fit into the seats, until my tailbone started hurting SO bad!  Some postives = a few negatives I guess.
