Holy Hell,
I am on day 8 of the Opti.. Havent really been hungry , when I am its nothing a little jello cant fix.
The worst of it for me, is smelling everyones food.. my mouth watering.. Gahhh .even stuff I wouldnt have ate before lol. 20 more days!!! I can Do it!
