Monday Morning Weigh-In
Last week Friday 160.0
Monday 162.8,
weekends are a bugger.
it's the same story every Monday. But I manage to get back down to 160 by Friday, so as long as I can maintain this, i'm happy.
Never been able to do this before so I'm really happy with it.
it is possible.
So far so good.
And now that im at goal, i find i'm not reverting to old habits, like in the past. This is a good thing.

Down two pounds even 7 months out! Getting close to goal. Also went clothes shopping for the first time since surgery (had smaller sizes from a previous weight loss attempt, but only plus sizes)...went from a size 24 to a size 12. I sure feels good but I have to remember this is a daily fight and I have to be vigilant.

What the hell???? Guess that 500 calories a day is too much huh.. I'm actually UP a pound??? Seriously though - not terribly worried - I know stalls happen and my body is just kinda panicking about what happened to it. Frustrating though! I'll get through it. Haven't lost anything in a week and a half now, so hopefully that means the scale will start moving again! Wish me luck!

Hope so... and hopefully sooner rather than later! Don't want to face the nut with only 10 pounds lost after 3.5 weeks.. she'd be brutal!!!
I'm pretty much right on what I'm supposed to be eating. Still on full fluids right now. The calories will go up once i'm on regular soft food next week I'm sure. Hard to get the calories up but still keep the carbs reasonable when you are on full fluids I'm finding.

I was quite pissed when I got on the scales this morning, apparently sitting on my ass driving for hours saturday and sunday is not good for losing weight. And I didn't eat anything I shouldn't have. So I gained 3 lbs from not doing my usual weekend running around. Even fighting to calm a great dane freaking out in the car did nothing to keep from gaining. So, I'll be out every night this week trying to get rid of those add ons.
