Monday Morning Weigh-In
WTG Geri. I gained a couple of pounds one day last week, assumed it was a water gain but tha****er is still hanging around. Yesterday Deb and I did a 5km hike at Springwater. May not sound like much compared to some people but that is the longest I have walked in many years. My back hurt and my knees were sore but I wasn't out of breath even on the hills. I am 20 pounds from my goal weight and wearing size large. This is smaller than I have been since I was in my mid 20s.
Seriously, it's just a fluctuation - you're way too early out to be doing anything wrong. Your stomach won't let you! lol Just hang in there - it's totally normal.
