So here it is...my new tattoo.  I described the significance of it in more detail on my profile, but in case you are curious, part of the reference says "...Forgetting what is behind and straining towards what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize..

Originally I was thinking wrist or foot, but I am very happy with my choice.  It didn't really hurt and took no time at all.   That being said, I wouldn't want to be in that chair for 3 hours or anything- but 20 minutes...totally doable.

I should also mention that the first few letters look a bit bubbly, but that's because it was still bleeding a bit when my hubby took the pic.  It is much crisper when it was wiped clean.  :)

Yup, my first.  Not too adventerous, but means something to me and I couldn't be more pleased.  I could see how it could get addictive though.  hmmmmm....

I started with a little heart on my ankle that a band aid would cover at 16 (had to hide it from the parents so they thought i cut myself a lot shaving)..

I now have 5 and they keep getting bigger..LOL

That looks totally awesome!  I've been thinking for some time now of getting a Celtic Cross on my right leg just above the ankle.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
