Got an important call just now

So as some of you know when I went to my nutrition appointment (May 4th) I was told that I would have to wait anywhere from 4-6 months for my surgery from the day I quit smoking....I quit smoking, alcohol and caffine that day and today, FINALLY today I got a call back from Krista who booked me a surgeons appointment for Aug 24th!! That day till be exactly 4 months since quitting, which is also a huge milestone for me....Cant express how excited I am!!!

For all you smokers out there that think they cant quit, YOU CAN!! I wasn't a heavy smoker maybe only 1-2 a day but I have to tell you, when you quit all together it makes you feel FRIGGIN FANTASTIC!  

I feel like I can finally take a deep breath and think about whats to come!!

Good for YOU - one of the hardest things I've ever tried to quit - several times. LOL

That's fantastic! You've actually moved faster than me and I don't smoke. I started in Nov 2010 and had surgery in July.
