I am so glad I took a before picture... you dont really notice until you put yourself now beside what you looked like before... cant wait to do it again when I reach 100 pounds lost!

WOW!! you look great!!! I am pre-op right now, just starting nutrition group class the end of this month. At times the waiting is discouraging. Seeing pix like your reminds me of what is possible. Thanks so much :-}
