Checking in

Hi all,

I haven't been around much. I had pneumonia, just getting over that, I moved last week end, although I am still in the same building just another apartment, it was a lot of work(still not done LOL)

This past monday, Aug 1 was 6 years since I had my wls........ Wow, 6 years.
I didn't get to goal, I didn't lose all that I needed to, BUT, I feel wonderful. Lost weight, more mobile, healthier and just feel better.
Oh and I cannot forget all the friends I have found on this site too
I have gone through a lot in the past 6 years.

I am still working on losing more weight. It appears that the bone in my body (mostly my back) is wearing down, losing weight will of course take the pressure off. I have no pain from it(well not in my back, but my right foot----weird eh?)

Still WLS was the best thing I ever did for myself. You guys are the greatest

I am leaving for New Brunswick tomorrow morning for a week, so will not likely be on here for the next week.

Take care
Hugs to all
