My periods were different for awhile too, but they are starting to even out now and I'm 7.5 mths out.  Sometimes I get back pain, which I've never had before, but still a small price to pay IMHO.....good luck!

Just finished my first one since surgery and it was definitely a bit different. More uncomfortable with cramping, feeling down overall and somewhat heavier but not any longer than usual.

if im remembering correctly, the first one i got after my surgery was pretty horrible. but, good news girl...as you lose weight, your periods should get way easier to deal with, at least mine have become 10x better since losing weight. Something to look forward to :)

Spoke to my dr yesterday about this and and since i can no longer take naproxen or midol, she gave me tramacet and it worked wonders on the cramps and pain, mine last longer and are much heavier but now the pain wont be so bad...
