Did you gain weight while you played the waiting game????

Oh yes, it was about a month of "last suppers"!  Went and said goodbye to all my favourite restaurants, all my favourite chocolate bars, ice cream, you name it, we have parted company on good terms.  The funny thing was the more I did it the less I enjoyed it.  In the back of my mind was surgery and I didn't indulge as much as I used to. 
Tomorrow is my last day of optifast and I have taken it all off and a few pounds more.  Right now I can say I'm not really missing anything just looking forward to getting this over with.  Don't worry too much about it you will do just fine.

At St. Joes I was only weighed once before my surgery(First Appointment) and did not get weighed again till 1 week after the surgery(only because I insisted)
