Hi All!
I would like to set hello and let you all know how I'm doing, not sure if anyone cares but here goes...

Surgery date: May 4, 2011
SW 241 pre optifast
CW 202 Sooooo close to onderland!
I'm doing a 10.55km walk run this weekend
Go a call from nutritionalist today: IRON IS LOW AND VIT D

Anyone else experience this so early after surgery?????
I need to take additional iron , 300mg BID AND 1000iu of D
I'm wearing a size 14-16 pant and medium tops
People are starting to notice I've lost weight and they comment ...
If i knew how to post a pic i would, but cant figure it out
I had my first salad yesterday. Delicious!!
My favorite thing to eat out is yougen fruz!! 0 fat, 0 sugar, 90 cal
yummy!!!

Now back to the hockey game, go Canucks go!!!

Hi Sandy! We definitely care about how you're doing, silly girl! It sounds like you are really losing those pounds - you'll likely be in Onderland tomorrow - whoo-hoo! Talk about a great milestone! I saw the doctor today at the bariatric centre & he told me also that my Vit D & iron levels are low so I have to increase my dosages. Isn't it cool now that people are actually noticing that you've lost weight? You are doing so well Sandy - very happy for you! Let us know when you enter Onderland!

that's awesome! Even more awesome to know that you and I have the same surgeon! I told them to book me for my surgery after he comes back from vacation..hehe

Hi Sandy Glad to hear your doing so well, I was at civic today for my surgical class and my surgeons appt is on the 12th, I dropped 38 lbs already on another program and cant wait to start this journey will be happy to join you on the bench soon. Take care and congrats Lisa
