Good afternoon! :).

Well today is a nice day outside and I will try to use that to keep the smile on my face.  Things have been so crazy stressful lately, i think I'm snapping.  I either eat everything in site or don't eat at all cuz it makes me sicker.

So my day so far has been nothing :( but I will aim for good things for the rest of the day:

B - nothing

L - nothing

Su -hamburger patty and fixings, maybe a salad if i can get it in

S - protein drink if anything!

Water water and more water though so that's good.  will take my vitamin as well.

Have a good day!

Hi all. Better late than never. :)

B - Protein shake
S - babybel light, 8 almonds
L - Turkey bite, 1/2 light string cheese (guess who ate the other half!?), yogurt.
S - Decaf with 1% milk
D - Really not sure... something that me and the little man can split :) Maybe leftover chicken breast.
S - More yogurt (I bought the NEW dessert selections Yoplait today)

It's only Tuesday and I'm already exhausted! Treadmill again tonight - already did about 45 mins of walking at work this am.

Enjoy the rest of this sunny afternoon!

Hi Karen. I am self-employed, and I only work mornings Monday-Friday, so I am usually home by lunchtime. I am a behaviour therapist for children with Autism and/or other developmental/behavioural disorders. I generally visit them in their homes and work with the children and families. Generally families are referred to me who have funding for therapy from the government. It's a great job, although I am with children ALL day lol! 3 mornings a week I work with a 2 year old, and then come home to an 18 month old lol!

Thanks for your interest :)

Edited to add: Often time I take the kids out into the community - hence the walking at work. One of my little girls lives right off Yonge St. downtown, so we go for nice long walks usually every session. :)

Ahhh... I thought maybe it was something like that.  I'm well versed in your field of expertise as it's mine as well. :)  I hear you on the kids, kids, kids all day long thing. lol
