hey kare....yup....moving again. that's a story for a pm for sure that i will send you some day. i am not thrilled with having to move again but it should go quickly as I weeded out through everything when I moved here back in December. thank goodness it wont be another massive undertaking like the last one was.....still a pain in the ass tho!

My other son 22 comes over every week to take out my garbage....but that too will end soon...unless I keep playing it up.... hehe

L - 1 slice old Cheddar, 1 turkey bite, 3 crackers
S - protein shake
D - homemade Minestrone
(if room) 6 bite-size chunks of watermelon
1 litre water
Aquafit class tonight - Wahoo. Love it.
You should see me - pool noddle flying through the air, butt in the air, head underwater sputtering - and laughing the whole time!

welcome to insomnia circle Karla I have had one good nights sleep in the past 3 weeks (since knee surgery ) unfortunately that was 2 weeks ago lol Along with Karen I also detest moving.I have been in my current house 6 years and were considering moveing but decided to do more reno instead I cannot imagine moving all hte crap I have aquired since coming here lol good luck with the move
Hey Jan....sorry to hear you are one of the sleepless crew! There seems to be a bunch of us that post on here regularily that have the same sleeping issues. I have never been a great sleeper but lately i am pretty sure that it is the medication that I have been on that is causing the sleeplessness. I just hope it resolves itself soon..... I refuse to take a sleeping pill to help so it has to fix itself!!!

Just got half a shift left today (1-5) then off for a cpl months wooohooo. Plastics is on the 21st, moved from the 17th but I'll live with the cpl days difference. Now to start the nesting phase again.

10:30 - hard boiled egg
4:00 - 1/2c SF jello and 1/2c yogurt
6:00 - 2c homemade chili with 3 pickles
not sure what else....this is such a good menu thread I have...lol

S- Crystal lite
L- pureed chilli (1/2 cup)
S-Crystal lite
D- pureed barbequed chicken and broth
S- Protein shake
Excericse: Walked to work and walking back - 1 hr 40 mins total
Edited to add protein shake

S - 2 x decaf coffee with skim milk and Splenda
L - Fat free tuna salad kit with crackers, cucumber slices, small peach
S - Kashi bar
D - Garden salad with 2 T. fat free ranch dressing and 4 oz. seasoned chicken thigh
S - ??
Exercise - Kickboxing!
