Good Morning All!

Once again another sleepless night!  Oh well...it was fun while it lasted!!!

B - Tostada with refried beans, roasted red peppers, stuffed green olives and LF shredded cheese
S - nothing
L - 2 soft poached eggs
S - apple granola bar
D - lasagna

Starting to pack today to get ready for my move at the end of the month.  I am trying to be super organized with this move and do it gradually and not leave it all until one day.  We'll see if that actually happens! LOL!

Morning, you aren't the only one that can't sleep!! 

B - protein coffee shake
S - cheese string and yogurt
L - Salmon mixed with mayo and some pickle
S - chai foggy with skim milk
D - bbq turkey thigh and some sort of veg if there's room
S - likley a cup of tea and maybe a couple crackers

water and vit's in as always!!!

I have accreditation stuff to do today for work so my mind is in overdrive!!  I hope to start sleeping through the night again soon.

S - hard boiled egg, sliced turkey
L - salad w. shrimp, feta, edamame, asparagus and a sprinkle of brown rice
S - protein shake
D - steak & veg
S - prob. fudgesicle

Karla, I just get the frozen bags of shrimp already cooked and pop them in anything, or dip in seafood sauce.  I've never been much of a cook, but I'm getting better at tossing together the stuff I can eat in different ways.

I do it the lazy way....I buy the shrimp ring and just defrost it and nibble away at it over 2 or 3 days with seafood sauce for dipping!  I LOVE SEAFOOD SAUCE!  I know there is usually lots of sugar in it but I love that tart sweetness!

Slept good last night...woke up at 4:20 to the alarm clock....Ahhhhhh
Son 24 came by last night to visit,cut grass and eat....... gotta love'em!

B cheese omlete
S kashi cereal
L chicken salad
S yogurt
D more chicken salad
S berries

Morning all :)

Judy, how do I get my son to lift a precious finger around here while visiting?  Cripes, he can't even seem to wash a dish. lol  Karla, didn't know you were moving again - good luck with the packing.  Amy - good to see you back on the thread!  Lisa - have a happy day :)

Back to work today, Dr's appointment this afternoon, ever so exciting!

B - coffee with milk x 2, 21g very old cheddar, 3 melba rounds
S - 1/2 an apple, 21g old cheddar
L - other half of apple, handful of almonds, Kashi bar
S - likely nothing, at the doc's
D - 4 oz BBQ steak, peppers/mushrooms/onions
