May 26th, 2010 - Appointment with nurse and SW
June 1st, 2010 - Appointment with NUT and doctor
August 31st, 2010 - Follow up with SW, NUT and doctor
October 7th, 2010 - Surgical Education Class
November 2nd, 2010 - Consultation with Dr. Jules Foute Nelong
December 21st, 2010 - SURGERY DAY!

Morning all! I was out with my boys since 7am! Ahhhh!!! Lots of stuff to do this weekend since this time of year we are usually at the cottage on the weekends.

B - Chocolate protein shake.
L - Leftover roast beef sandwich with leftover baked onions, FF mayo on 1/2 mini weigh****chers baguette.
S - Yogurt.
D - salad with 8 almonds, sprinkle of low fat mozza cheese and calories wise balsamic dressing. I will probably add chicken from one BBQ'd chicken drumstick since I'm bringing the salad/dressing to a BBQ tonight.
S - decaff with 1% milk.

Whenever possible.  The BAD thing is the cottage is on an island - I have this strange aversion to being trapped on an island with my parents for any length of time. LOL

I get trapped on an island every weekend but it doesn't scare me. You could swim to the landing or try and hitch a ride with another boat.  LOL

And I'm in for the wine but not the golf.  As for my menu, we have been on the road since 7am and I haven't eaten much, no appetite.

B - egg mcmuffin minus the muffin, coffee

S - latter

L - a handful of blueberries

D - really super fattening cream of cauliflower and cheese soup....i used real cream and tons of cheese...wasn't what I was to eat but mom wanted me to make some so made it when we got back to her place then I didn't bother eating my fish, oh well, overall calories were still low for the day as my meals mainly sucked.
