Let me know how this experiment turns out folks.  Also if anyone has success making it in a regular blender cause I don't have a fancy food processer or a bullet.  Thanks.

My husband and I tried this a couple of weeks ago.  Drizzle some SF chocolate syrup over it.  Mmmmmmm.
Quick tip-peel the bananas before you freeze them.  I didn't (Doh!) and it is quite the mess (not to mention bloody cold on the hands) to try and get the peel off.

I tried it this week too and it was great with sf chocolate syrup on it.  I love the idea of pecans, that will make it even better!

Elizabeth, I agree with you on the peeling first!

I tried this a few weeks ago with bananas that had been frozen when they were a bit too ripe and it didn't work so well.  Make sure they are just at that perfect point of ripeness when they are frozen.  Can't wait to try this again with better bananas.  It looked kind of grainy when it was just blended, but when you scoop it it looks just like ice cream!  Pretty cool!

Hey Mike I have posted this one on here several times in the last year.
I love it drizzled with SF Hersheys Chocolate syrup.
I did mine in the Magic Bullet.
