try to stay away from it LOL, but some times I hear it calling me.

what kind of issues?  is it more of a fear that this will put you on that slippery slope back to the bad stuff?  cause this is frozen bananas pureed.

No, when I eat ice cream I feel sluggish and like I am going to end up in a diabetic coma, LOL

too much sugar for me LOL, but with this recipe, no sugar, so it would probably work for me with the

taste of ice cream but none of the sugar, right??

Eileen, the ONLY thing I have craved since surgery is ice cream. I once bought Chapmon's NSA and LOVED it, but it me crave more.  Soooooo... I don't buy it anymore. lol

LOL, it calls to you from the freezer, right???

The same thing happens with my husband, if we have potatoe chips in the house, he has to finish the
bag but his excuse is that they are calling his name LOL, and he says that it usually takes him a week
to finish one family size bag so it really doesn't count, right, keep telling yourself that LOL
