Good Early Morning Everyone!

It is so nice to be back again after a few weeks of being very sick and not having a functioning laptop! The good news is that I am feeling better and am now able to steer clear of the hospital now AND I lost 14 lbs in total! Yay!!!

Up early so here is my plan for the day....

B - Coconut Chicken Curry
S - Coconut Chicken Curry
L - Teriyaki Marinated Steak on the BBQ over brown rice with veg (peas, corn, onions)
S - nothing
D - Whatever the lovely sister is making for the fam!
S - The other half of what I prepared for lunch!

Lots of water!

Have missed you guys! Always do when I have to be offline for an extended period for whatever reason.... :(

Hope everyone is well! Can't wait to get caught up!

I hate these early mornings.....
I had a bladder susp. about 5 weeks ago and the Specialist put me on pills after for three months and it just whips me ....
But then I can only sleep form about 5 hrs a night....I go see my GP in about a week and see if she can switch these up for another kind.....

I love good meetings too.....gives me the kick in the butt I need sometimes....   :)

Hiya :)

Something just caught my eye in your signature - that you're taking Phentramin D to lose weight.  I"m not only curious to know why, since you are very clearly at goal and had WLS, but also wondering if that might be interfering with your sleep patterns??  I realize that it's a natural product, but perhaps that's part of the sleep problem?

Edited to add:  OR.... perhaps your "ticker" automatically added that line?

OMG I didn't even see that!!!!!!!
I am not taking anything to lose weight!!!!!!

That must have been attached to my sticker and I can't remove it until I get home......OMG!!!!!

I have always been one that doesn't need much sleep but since i have so much energy during the day, I find it hard to turn off....

OM goodness!!!!!
I've got to get that off!!!!!!

Yeah, I kinda doubted it, so I clicked on your ticker and noticed it had a related web address.
Phew! LOL

What is a lasagna cupcake?  Do you have a recipe?  Once I am done the full fluid stage and go onto soft food, it may be something that I could make for my family and myself.

Hopefully they can give you something different that will help....that must be killing you to have such wonky hours.  Are you going to bed super early and then just waking up super early or are you still at a regular bedtime but then getting up early too? How exhausting!

So, hope it is not too personal for me to ask here...if it is PM me....has the surgery helped?  I have had numerous issues with that "area" and have not really ever spoken with someone who has had it done.  Has it been effective so far? Please feel free to ignore if that was just WAY to personal of a question! :)
