What Are You Eating/Doing Today?!? (Wednesday!)
Afternoon! It's HOT!!! AC is blasting at home but I was out walking all morning with one of my kiddies for work.
B - Protein shake.
S - light babybel, 8 almonds.
L - More meatsauce with light cheese.
S - Yogurt.
D - I think I'll make a tuna melt with light cheese hold the bread, 1/2 pickle chopped up.
S - Not sure, decaff with milk and splenda probably.
Already had 5 glasses towards my daily water, and will probably have 3 or 4 more before the day is out. Vits in! :)

Hey Karla. I appreciate your reply. Actually I keep asking about how many calories others are getting in at this time - What I listed there is just under 600 calories for the day. Too little? I'm not quite a month out yet :) Please let me know as I am curious. Thanks!
