Morning. It is going to be a scorcher today!! Going to a concert tongiht with some friends, so having dinner out (don't know where). Who knows what it will be. I'll be getting in most of my protein throughout the day though so I will be covered incase I can't find anything.
B- protein shake, small piece of raisin bread (well toasted)
S- Wasabi flavoured soya nuts, Source yogurt
L- Salisberry steak, a few asparagus
S- "Just the Cheese" crisps, Source yogurt
D- I just don't know yet. So many possibilities
S- probably nothing

Well, not my first choice of acts to see, but my friend had an extra ticket and wanted me to come, so......New Kids on the Block, and Backstreet Boys. hahahahahah! It's kind of funny. I grew up in Northern Ontario and we hardly ever had concerts. Once when I was 11, I went to Ottawa, to see them, and I have been to very few concerts since. I guess I will be reliving my youth. Maybe their new stuff is good? Don't know- haven't followed their return to fame except what I hear on the radio.
That's hysterical!!!! What a blast from the past! I think it will be fun for you! Kinda re-live some of your youth! That's awesome! I don't know any of their new stuff either but I am sure it will be fun either way...just think...it's a night out with a friend...that can never be a bad thing!!! i heard their stage show was pretty cool so it should be interesting to watch for sure!

s - yogurt with berries and a little granola
l - veggie beef soup
s - cottage cheese and peach slices
d - huge scallops with leftover squash
s - frozen blueberries in blender with a little FF vanilla yogurt and skim milk - like 60 calories worth
s - gotta have my blue menu yogurt bar
All water and then some plus coffee - I luvs me my coffee
