So tonight I had to break up a 30 year long relationship.....

with food lol

Tomorrow I start my optifast... so many mixed emotions! Happy.. excited... scared... and a bit sad...

but I am soo ready for this journey......

I started mine today. I wish the Optifast wasn't so sweet! It is almost time for bed but I am HUNGRY! I'm drinking another water hoping it will help. Good luck - I'm anxious to hear what you think of it.

try mixing it with cold decaf, or put some decaf instant coffee in it. cuts the sweetness.

Oh boy, I don't consider it a break up --- more of a divorce. Good luck with the Optifast and surgery. You are starting a different journey from before.
