5DPT- Day 1- What are you drinking today?

I am going to start with a very diluted protein shake- I have a really hard time drinking them anymore- they give me reflux immediately- blech-

other things I am thinking
-chicken broth
-special k protein water
-cream soup
-I may make some soup from site
-water, water and more water

Premiere Protein shakes
1 coffee
herbal tea
maybe some broth later, if I need a savoury fix.

-Jello Mouse pudding
-My Protien Shake (Protien Frappicino  1 cup coffee, 1cup milk, 1 scoop unflavoured protien, and sf carmel syrup from starbucks)
-water

I have already dranken so much water i cant stop going to the washroom my goodness!! haha

So far:
3 cups of coffee
2 - 500 mls of water with 21 grams of whey protein(bullet)

I'm freezing cold, building is cold here.

cup coffee
2- 500 ml of water
Got thru day 1!

ok, so I bailed...being honest, so please don't spank me!  

I got 1 protein shake and my coffee in, and then took my multi vitamins, and nearly barfed, had to go upstairs to the bathroom, and sit with my head over the toilet for a few minutes.  Now that I am thinking about it, maybe it was all the liquid sloshing around in there?  Felt pretty lightheaded too.

Had another shake at lunch, and then got 2 litres of water in during the afternoon (peeing like no tomorrow) and felt ok, but very unfulfilled, and starving, to the point of feeling sick most of the afternoon as well.  

Tried to have another shake, and got nausous to the point of having cold sweats.  I think my sleevie doesn't like too much liquid?  (was being mindful of sipping, and observing the wait times before and after)   so I made an executive decision to eat some extremely low carb foods at dinnertime instead.  Don't know if VSG'ers get the full benefit of the 5dpt without the stoma??    I duno, but felt just awful with those amounts of liquid in my belly!! 

Had some quiche (without the crust) and baby spinach with roasted tomatoes and a little olive oil.  Made sure not to have anything too 'dense' but just couldn't do more liquid! 

Going to try sticking with super low carbs, and primarily shakes tomorrow...but might have some cottage cheese, yogurt or eggs if I need a little substance?    Not sure...I'll go as long as I can with the shakes, but don't think I can do another day of being green!  I've been seasick once, and this was very similar.

2 sf pudding cup
1 sf mouse cup
3 cups of broth
64oz of water
