What Are You Eating/Doing Today? (Thursday!)
Tracey, you and i are similar in that my days get blended together because i am not working right now. The only days that matter to me are the weekends because then I know that my friends are off work so they can play with me during the day! :)

I work from home and even work some weekends so it's just always another day to me. LOL I only know it's the weekend when I wake up and bf is still home. No percs before physio or he'd not know how my progress is going. I have to press this silly machine and it tells him what my grip is and if I was on percs, I'd be able to squeeze it a hell of a lot more than without them and he'd most likely think I was cured so I push through the pain for the 15 mins he is working on me and the minute he puts in the acupuncture needles, I pop a pain med.

Good morning....
Just came back from Windsor Bariatric center for my first year checkup....( I had to cancel the one a month ago)
My BMI is 21...right in range....he's very pleased and my bloodwork is spot on
I try to be very diligent with my vit's, water and exercise
Not perfect every day but I pull the reins in...and kick myself in the butt when I sway..
So now I don't see him for another year.....

WOW - I guess I'm a little late on this post today!! - 24 responses at 10:26 in the morning....
B - protein shake
s - 1/2 chicken breast with a little warm mushroom salad
l - rest of the chicken with remaider of warm salad.....this was my lunch yesterday....talk about big servings that in the past I would have chowed down on
s - yogurt with berries
s - apple
d - not sure - protein of some form
All water and vits

good morning chatty Kathy's. All sorts of convos going on today....love hearing about everyone's doings :)
Beautiful day here today, supposed to go to 21. Crossing fingers. Just appts planned for the day though.
Had sleep study last night. Confirmed that sleep apnea has resolved, well actually it's very minimal and he said no need for treatment/cpap. Did say my yucky sleep patterns were pain related, got up over 11 times and 3 times even got out of bed......ummmm don't remember any of it lol.
B - a few pieces of pork tenderloin
S - salad with salmon, was hungry today but that's probably cuz i was off schedule and didn't get my normal water intake in yet by this time.
L - not sure maybe nothing or protein drink
Sn - protein bar
Su - either turkey sausage, pork tenderloin or chicken breast.....with veg and salad
Sn- one of the above supper ideas for protein and my usual cheese (and hot sauce)
Will have to slam back water to catch up. Vits in.

So you mean you get up and walk around because of the pain you're in?
I could see not being able to sleep because of the pain but walking around would;d be scary....
