S - chocolite protein bar
D - protein and fruit at book club

It's my last day of optifast!!!

B - vanilla coffee shake (decaf)
L - chocolate shake
S - vanilla coffee shake (decaf)
D - chicken broth, fresh cucumber
S - chocolate shake (MY LAST OPTIFAST EVER!!!) 

And lots of water!!!

The next time I fill one of these out it will be after surgery!!!

Congrats!  You must be so glad to finally be done with stupid optifast!

Yes it's only Thursday not that any day matters to me LOL  Thursday to me just means I get to go and get the **** kicked out of me at physio again.  Gravol and percs in my purse for the minute he is done with me.


Going shopping after my physio appointment tonight so no dinner thinking for me today.  Will eat out after physio.  I just found out I only have a few days to put together all the crap we need to bring to the cottage as we are heading there either Tuesday afternoon after work or first thing Wednesday morning.  I wish he would have told me sooner he was taking all this extra time off as I have to leave the 24th for a week and now have to figure out what to pack for both trips...........grrrrrrrrrr stupid men.

B - spanish omelette thingie

L - tuna salad on 1 piece of whole grain bread, an apple

S - iced latte, 1 oz old cheddar

D - eating out but chicken or fish with veg/salad

No pain no gain when it comes to physio of any kind. LOL

I just throw 1 cup of milk in my bullet, add 1.5 tsp of decaf instant coffee, any of the SF syrups or a packet of the Splenda flavoured packets and lots of ice and give it a whirl.  I have added protein powder to it but I eat my protein most of the time so just have it for a snack in the middle of that afternoon.
