1 Week post op....

Hi Sandy.. my surgery is scheduled for may 27th  with Dr.Sohi..any advice for me?, i was originally slated with Dr. Hagen  but earlier date opened up.. so I took it.

I would also like to ask anyone...how do you manage to drink  your shakes at work.. i mean.. how can i do this.. portable mixer..shaker cup?  flavour additive?..
