cake or no cake

This does not have to be your last cake. I have friends who shop in the states and they picked me up sugar free cake mix and sugar free icing and I make a cake twice a year and I allow myself a very small piece. Just because it is sugar free does not mean it is fat free but small piece twice a year is not going to kill me.

Thanks and i went a totally differant route instread of cake i bought frozen yogart lol because i do not eat regular yogart cause the smell makes me ill.. lol guess i will have to suck it up and try it again.. thanks for the birthday wish took the boys to the park with hubby :)
