I am glad I am not the only skeptic.. I want to know how they got a DNA result on the side of a dirt road and then drove him to his grave at sea... all within a few hours... and there has been no pictures of his body surface.. look what they did with Saddam ... his dead body pics were everywhere...
do you smell something?
do you smell something?
1) Muslims bury/deal with the dead quickly and delay is seen as disrespectful
2) If they dispose of the body in the sea, then a holy site can't be established
I think it's wise how they handled it. Respectfully and quickly after DNA confirmation. It sends the message that he was not important to keep around, they just tossed him in the ocean for the fish to eat.
They've stated they have photos post-mortem, but haven't released due to the gruesome nature. Afterall, it was a headshot that took him out.
I'm skeptical of this whole thing too. Why wouldn't Pakistan take the body - he lived there for over 11 years. Also he would've been buried in an unmarked grave - that's traditional for muslims who are famous or infamous - it prevents people from gathering at a marked grave and turning it into a shrine - a no-no in muslim religion.
Dead or alive, the sad thing is...there are hundreds more ready to take up arms and fight his cause.
And I agree 1000% - it's long overdue - bring home our men and women.
I don't imagine there is any country in the world who would want to claim him. To do so would imply support, IMHO. Sadly, I"m a tad skeptical myself.

i personally dont believe it at all and that its all just a ploy for something nasty about to happen, anyways ...
"I mourn the loss of thousands of precious lives, but I will not rejoice in the death of one, not even an enemy. Returning hate for hate multiplies hate, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that."
