Did something for ME today!

Went out and bought myself a new pair of runners(the kind that are suppose to tone your butt as you walk..lol) and a new MP3 player..loaded it with some good walking tunes....and here I go!!.

Been walking anywhere between 1.5 and 3 km a day...

Awesome... I just dusted off my runners from deep inside my closet - Getting a used treadmill from a family member this weekend, so I'll be needing them. I plan to do 30-60 minutes per day! Starting Opti-fast on Friday, and my pre-op is this Wednesday! Only about 2 1/2 more weeks until surgery!!!

Good for you doing all that walking! I bet you feel much better and more energized! Can't wait to join you on the bench!

Good for you, obviously you are taking steps in the right direction. lol  My husband got me an MP3 for walking but I'm not a real music buff and I'm not sure what tunes I should be loading on to it that would be good for walking. I would really appreciate it if you have any suggestions?
