Ordering Vitamins in Canada??

I spent the first 2 months postop trying to find ADEK dosages that we need here in Canada with no luck. Was trying to avoid paying the customs fees. Finally broke down and ordered from Vitalady (as I know several other Canadian DS'ers do) and only had to pay her shipping. Wasn't charged any customs fees at all. I know other people who did though but their orders were bigger than mine. I ordered about $100 worth so perhaps if you keep it around that price range then you don't get charged customs?

The other option if you're going to be travelling across the border is to have it delivered to a UPS store. They charge a small fee but it's less than what customs charges would be. Or depending on the frequency of your orders, it might even be worth it to get a US postal box and maybe share the cost of it with someone else in your area and they can have their vites delivered there also.
