My sister and i are starting this support group to help others aswell as ourselves continue our journey in our new lives.  We would love to have others come out theres going to be lots of physical activity going on so be prepared at all times by wearing comfortable clothing and shoes  If you'd like to come out meet new people, get active, learn more from each, swap recipes, and share in the emotitional aspect of life after bariatric surgery.  Then definately give us a try.  Everyone is welcome to join, so come out and have some fun.

Live each day as you would a new one.

that sounds great, I would love to get out and get some fun social time in and some exercise at the same time:)  When and where do you plan to meet?  If it is nice out and you are planning on a walk *****ousy park would be awsome we could take a long walk and there are plenty of places to rest and chat:)

We are planning our first meeting for sat april 30th at eldorado park anyone coming should be prepared by dressing comfortably and bringing a snack as we are hoping to have a nice walk. Each week we hope to meet somewhere different as we want to get as physically active as possible.  Hope to see you there:

Ooo...this sounds interesting. I'll keep it in mind as we get closer to the date - but I'm with Sue - could you post a reminder?
