What kind of protein powder do you use??  I see GNC has a good deal on right now buy one jug of protein powder get the other for 50% off....has anyone tried it??

looks fine, how much protein is there? there should be less than 5g of sugar per serving.

I use (and have only used) Whey Gourmet protein powder. Not quite as much protein per serving as some others, but the best tasting one I've tried so far. I use the Naturelle Vanilla and Strawberry Banana.

Where do you get this? The Strawberry Banana sounds awesome!!
