What is your least noble reason for wanting to lose weight?

Yasmeen, that sounds dangerous to me. Didn't you just post a couple of weeks ago that your body fat percentage is way too low now?

Yes I did and It's an issue I have to work on.  I never expected it to get that low, so now I'm working with my Dr. to get a handle on it.

I wanted so many things out of this surgery but definately to be able to wear any clothes that I want

 to never have my children be embarrased of me.

FOr my husband to literally be able to sweep me off my feet someday

To feel like my outside matches my inside finally

Shop with my friends

TO stick it too all the people I know who whether secretly or out loud gave me a hard time about my weight cause I'd like to secretly or loudly say..

"Weight can be lost but ugly stays forever!"

When my fiance and I started dating he came to my work the one day and was trying to be cute and picked me up off the floor...and..well or coarse..put me down haha..then he asked me how much I weighed..i asked why..he said "because you feel alot heavier than you look" .....ack! (a little embarassing )

I don't really hold any grudges against any ex's, family, hecklers in the past. I'll still retain most of my privacy, but I really want to be in pictures with my daughter that she can remember

I plan on taking up some very physical sports once I'm able to: Martial arts, boxing, cycling. I'm going to start wearing form-fitting suits again and have balls of titanium. 

In retrospect, f*** what other people think. What matters is what I think. And I'm gonna be f***ing hot.

I want to turn heads, to be that "PUt together woman" that men turns their heads at. Men my age mind you, I'm not a cougar, but hey having a young one turn would be great too.

I want to wear boots with heels and designer jeans and jackets (Hey, wait, I'mdoing that now). I LOVE IT.....

I want to be skinnier than my sisters or at least on the same page so when they talk about losing 5lbs I can relate and not have to change the subject because we don't have anything in common.

I want to be able to dance my arse off and not look like a goof doing it because I'm shaking 286lbs. Thats coming up soon.

So all my wishes are coming true.

Just need to turn some heads.

What a thought provoking post. I have read them all and had to think aobut this one.
I think I really just didn't want to be stared at because I was fat.  Not sure of that is a less than noble reason  or not.
