Baker's Deluxe Dream Bagel - Review

I picked up a bag of these bagels from the Nutrition House yesterday, been meaning to try them for a while.

They aren't bad, they are a titch spongy but not nearly as spongy as the P28 bread.  They didn't toast up quite as crispy as regular bagels do but they were very good.

I would definitely buy them again!

Wow

I just grabbed some of these from the low carb grocery and they are great.   I'm shocked.

I just came across your review and was surprised at the fiber content listed. I buy these bagels all the time and on the package label of the ones i buy it indicates

160 calories

Carbs 18g

Fiber 17g

Which would be one net carb per bagel.

So now I am uncertain as to what to believe.

I wish I could include a snapshot so I could ensure we are discussing the same product,  the name you posted is identical and I totally agree with all your other comments.

Hiya,

They most likely have changed the recipe since I posted originally.  :)
