As someone who's been in a relationship that sounds similar to yours, I'm glad you have decided to stand up for yourself and put your needs first. I know how hard it can be but it will get better.

Just posting to let you know that I am tired but doing good. I am getting my furniture out today.. Thank goodness I still had my own home here in town and most of my stuff is still there. I just didn't realize how much stuff I had at his house though. lol I think I might be learning to be a pack rat???

BTW... did I mention I am happy to be going home... alone!

Thanks Penny. When I was very young I was in a terrible situation and went on to council families that were touched by violence. When I got together with this guy I was pretty clear what the line was so he shouldn't be surprised by my leaving. I think that I am just more shocked that he actually tried to pull that crap on me!
