Hello I'm a newbie!
Hello everyone! I look forward to getting to know you all throughout my journey!
A little about me: I'm a 29 yr old married mom of 2 (5 months & 5 yrs). I am an E.C.E and run my own home daycare. I have been battling with my weight since I was 8 years old. Before kids I had my weight down to my lowest at 155 pounds (not for very long). I have tried and failed many times and with so many "conditions" running in my family I need to get healthy for me and my family.
Deciding on WLS was not an easy decision for me, I worry about the surgery itself and loss of comfort/fun of food, also the possibility of loose skin.
I'm a positive happy person, who loves life, family and travelling. I look forward to getting to know you all!
Ps if anyone has any good links/websites for me to read up on plz post them! Thanks!

Welcome! I am fairly new to this process too. Just got my information session invite.
I tried running a home daycare a couple of years ago and only lasted 6 months because I found it way too physically difficult. I remember trying to pull a baby and 2 toddlers through the snow when I was walking the kinders to school and it took a huge toll on my back.
