Tim Hortons IceCap
TOTALS PREVIEW:
Starbucks Mocha Frappucino Lite
Its interesting...that the sugar values are stil so high for both of them.
Glad I looked though...will scale back on my love for frappucino lites!

I'm pretty sure that Iced Cap she listed is made with milk. The "regular" one is made with cream and the cals and fat grams are much higher.
Jill - I did check at Starbucks tonight after arguing with your friend on facebook ;) and all fraps have a base (I was right neener, neener, neener). BUT the light base has half sugar, have sucralose. Mandi is right, you can lower that 29g of sugar by getting the caramel light (or getting a vanilla light with the coffee base - not a vanilla bean) and asking for the SF syrup instead of the regular (which is what is in that nut. info from the site).
Another option that tastes pretty good is to get an iced coffee with milk, and then ask them to add SF vanilla or caramel syrup. Not as sweet tasting as the frappuchino, and not blended, but good. I've never asked them to blend the iced coffee - maybe they'd do that. Oh, and its cheaper too!

No that is the calories for a small iced cap made with milk - you can check it out on their website:

I think you misunderstood what I was trying to say Donna. What I meant was that the nut. info Jill listed WAS for an iced cap with milk - just a larger one. Because the fat content was low. Here's what I found on the site you listed:
A large iced cap with milk is a better comparison to the Starbucks drink she listed (a Grande) as they are about the same size I think (around 500 ml?)
