Graduated / looking for job / surgery??!

I hate quitting, once I get a job (even if it is part time, etc) I like to keep it for a pretty long time - one of the faults of loyalty, I guess. I did have an interview with timmy's & they asked if I needed time off this summer & guess what? Didn't get hired.

Temp agency might be an option, but I have no idea how to even start doing it. Meh.

Ummm.... Google "temp agency" and the city that you live in?  I would imagine they all have web sites.

As someone who works with the unemployed, start looking now, It is going to take longer then you think to find a good job.

Tell employers at the interview that you are having sugery in July and that you will need a month off. If they don't hire you that is their loss. But you have one more interview under your belt and the more exposue to employers, the better.  Besides what do you have to lose? Nothing and you could gain a great job.

I think the Temp agency idea is a great one. If you do end up not working, I'd take advantage of the opportunity to get in as good shape as possible for surgery -  mentally, emotionally and physically. Give yourself as much of an advantage as you can going into it.
