Congratulations to both Nancy & Wendy. You guys have really rocked your surgery. I imagine it's been quite a year for you.

Thank you! indeed it has been quite the year..but i was saying to my mom yesterday that i kinda wish we could just have this restriction for the 1 year that we lose the weight and then go back to being able to eat a 12 inch sub again LOL god i miss that.

my mom has also had rny surgery and she reminded me that i would never want to get back to the weight i was at so its worth giving up the 12 inch subs. hehehehehee

Wendy, I was missing Subway as well because bread and I are not very good friends.  I can eat it only if it is well toasted so now I order a 6" sub but get them to toast the bun first.  I can eat about 3" of it and it is soooo good.  Oh great!  Now I have to go to Subway!  lol
