It's VERY greasy, unless you order the white meat.  Also, I've heard it has a lot of MSG,  not sure if this is true.

Sorry you didn't feel well.  xo

Hi everyone...

Well I have had swiss chalet as one of the first meals I had out.  I was allowed to order a kids portion of 1/4 dark with potatoe and gravy.  It was very slow chewing and swallowing but the moist chicken went down just fine.

I am very, very sensitive to MSG...my ears start to burn and my cheeks go bright red and I feel a bit wierd.  But never felt a thing eating the chicken.  However, I was told that they soak the chicken in salt brine before putting them on the rotisseries so the meat is full of water.  Whether this is true or not I didnt get it in writting.

I guess its all in how your stomach can handle it.

swiss chalet is the one restaurant meal I can tolerate.   I order the chicken cearsar or the soup,  No problems at all.  I just have to remember not to talk too much and pay attention to eating slowly,.  Those who know me, know this is hard for me..  I'm a gabber.
