I know it's sooo strange, I really think it's the swiss chalet sauce that makes me yack but you can't eat the swiss without the sauce.

I'm not a huge fan of their sauce but I used to love drenching the homemade fries in it back before my VBG when fries and I were an item. lol

oh sweet god, i love that sauce.  i love it passionately.

the chicken never gave me problems ie: sick feelings or puking, but it always has and continues to give me fetid gas.  like the eyebrow scorching kind.  jeez.

Hmmm I don't like eyebrow scorching but eyebrow plucking would be a bonus for sure.

Sounds awful.  I havn't tried it yet, bu the only chicken so far that I do well with is KFC.  Any other kind doesn't sti well, but I can eat a lot of KFC for some reason (the high fat maybe??).

Swiss Chalet bastes their chicken with butter. The coleslaw however has a crap load of sugar.
I have had chalet lots of times (white meat skin removed) with no problems. Sorry you feel like crap.

I just went on-line & checked Swiss Chalet's nutritional guide.  Their "Traditional Coleslaw" has 12 grams of sugar in one serving.  Very likely, even though you didn't eat it all, you probably took in too much sugar between the coleslaw and the chicken (bbq sauce).

I have eaten at SC since my VSG.

I order the rib and dark meat dinner and share with my DH .

I can eat half a rib and a bit of the drak meat with gravy, mushed with no SC sause but that I never liked.

It is not the best thing to eat but not the worst when we are out.

If we are on the road I usaully do Wendy's Taco salad and eat about 1/4
