OPTIFAST..... tips to make even the dreaded vanilla shake taste good!

I find that it's the aftertaste that made the Optifast taste so bad. Yesterday I was at Bulk Barn and I saw caramel extract. I bought it on a wing and a prayer. Just a few drops completely removed the aftertaste of the chocolate! I'm SO happy! Not only is it tolerable, it's actually pretty good. Today is the first morning that I woke up without dreading the Optifast. Today I'll try it in the vanilla.

I'm new...very new.

Would love to order Chocolate Optifast.  Want to be on this so bad.  My cousin was and he WAS a big man, now he looks fantastic, all because of Optifast. 

WHere can I order Optifast in Canada?
