Hi there!

Surprisingly enough I had called Coca-Cola to ask this exact question.  Nestea Zero does have caffeine in it.  It is the naturally occuring caffeine that comes from the tea leaves themselves...there is not any caffeine added.  Due to the fact that it is not added it does not have to be listed on the label.  Coca-Cola says that the amount of caffeine is very small as it only comes from the tea leaves themselves.  They could not tell me exactly how much.

Hope that helps!

I have some here, and it doesn't say decaffeinated, so it probably has it.  In the ingredients it just says "concentrated tea from tea leaves".

I haven't had any yet.

I am absolutely addicted to Nestea Zero and I have a very fussy pouchy and no troubles at all.... I used to be a pop addict but now I am a Nestea Zero addict.  Ice and a wedge of lemon and I don''t feel deprived at all.  No stomach issues.  I have a few friends who had wls and we all drink it.  Hope this helps.
