I currently have the Tropical Multi Vitamin and the Chocolate Calcium. The multi is very good (better then Centrum orange). The Calcium is kind of chalky but it tastes okay.

Nancy these vitamins are formulated specifically for Bariatric patients so they should be fine for you unless you have special restrictions. You can always check with your surgeon or nutritionist.
