Wedding Dress

My daughter and I were watching a show about wedding dresses on Saturday, and I thought I wonder if my wedding dress would fit ( I got married over 17 years ago)

Well I went up and got it out of the box and guess what?????













IT DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was so excited.
My daughter tried it on too, and we showed her Dad, he told her not to get any ideas.

I did that 2 weeks ago but with mine it fell off me! LOL
I was thinking I could use the extra fabric and make a nice set of drapes or a few pillow shams!

That's awesome Sue!    My wedding dress is  size 28 so I don't think I'm going to get much use out of it now.  Besides, I hated it as it was one of the few choices I had and I wasnt really happy with any of them.

Good for you!!  What a hoot!

I actually have two dresses up in the closet. I had one made which turned out to be horrible and made me look even fatter so I refused to wear it. I went and ordered another online which turned out to be somewhat better but I will never ever wear either of them again. I was at just about my heaviest when we got married 3 1/2 years ago.  I refused to hire a photographer even because I didn't want to pay that kings ranome for photos I didn't want to look at. 

I should just put them both those dresses on Freecycle and get them out of my house....

Maybe when I get to goal, we should renew our vows and have the big shindig we didn't have the 1st time!?

Celebrate reaching your goal with the BIG SHINDIG....
And take lots of photos...

Now there's an idea--combine renewing our vows with me reaching goal! Two reasons for a party!

I just love wow moments! This is just such a great one!
