French Onion Soup
I've asked people before about sodium content in various things and I've been told that we don't eat enough to really be worried about that.
True or false?

We are not supposed to consume more than 2300 mg of sodium per day. The more prepared food you eat, the more you need to really watch it. 2300 mg is equivalent to 1 tsp of table salt. It might seem like a lot but a lot of foods that we purchase are loaded with sodium and many restaurant meals are disgustingly high in sodium. I bloat like crazy after a night of eating out and I never use table salt on my food so I know it's coming from what they have put on it in the kitchen.
I can't find it online but how much salt is in a 285 g/10 oz serving of M&M French Onion soup?
