Good afternoon my friends....I'm pretty excited because I just got back from my first post-op appointment, and he saidthat everything looked great....and better than that...I have lost 28 pounds since surgery last Wednesdday! Pretty exciting...I'll be going shopping later for items such as cream of wheat, cream of rice, low fat soups, sugar free fudgesicles...can't wait!

I can tell you that you chose the right doctor. I am sure you are on the losing side by now. Hope you are feeling well. I have known Rita for about 7 years now. I can tell you that what you see is what you get. There is nothing fake or phony about her. She genuinely cares about you. Hey Amanda! I've been wondering if there were consignment shops for "us" anywhere, and you gave me the answer. I wish I would've known back in the summer b/c I gave the Goodwill store near me, 22 pairs of dress slacks! Thanks again.
