Hey, im day 2 of my optifast diet and i have vanilla i have to down my drinks or i will gag LOL good luck with it all :)

I too am on optifast, but only my 2nd day in wow this is hard, i sooo want food all the time lol all i do is play on the computer, clean up the house stuff to keep my mind off of it which right now doesn't help lol good luck......
Also good luck tomorrow wilv99 with ur surgery !!!!

Optifast Day 1

Today is my first day of optifast. I have to be on it 2 weeks prior to my lapband surgery. I finally forced myself to drink my first one just an hour ago. It didn't taste too bad (chocolate) but the smell made me wanna gag a little. I had to not think about the smell. I think I'll drink it through a straw the next time. Maybe that'll help. Oh God help me to suck it up and be able to do it!
