Topic: RE: Medical Mutual and Body Lift?
Yeah, what Robin said.  My insurance covered my panniculectomy (I ahve enver heard of  insurance covering a full body lift, BTW... many will cover a panniculectomy if you meet the medical necessity criteria, and SOME will cover a TT, but that's about it) but I had a TERRIBLE time finding someone who would do it Dayton/Cincy using the insurance.  I found a surgeon who had just returned to private practice  to do my panni, but now even he will not accept insurance for it.

thank you for your advice.  I do go to the doctor tomorrow and the rest of my people at the CCF.  I am scheduled to return to work on Monday  so I hope things start to get better.  I sometimes wish i did not have this done.  I also love being in the gardern.  I hope this spring I will be able to move around my garden and flowers with much more ease.

Try going on a liquid protein fast for a couple days to get the carbs out of your system. Just drink all the shakes it takes to keep you full. It helps me, sometimes if I really need to eat something I will have greek yogurt but stay away from everything else

Don't take any meds on an empty stomach, I wait for a shake so I don't get nauseous when I take meds. Also try some warm herbal tea, it usually sits better in a new pouch. First and foremost, call your surgeon. That is what they are there for. Hope you feel better soon.
