And hey, most of us understand about CPAP, etc.....
What are you eating (besides cheese!) to get your protein in? Increasing your protein will help the weight loss (partly because the more protein you eat, the less room for anything else).

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
Hello!
I can tell you anything you might want to know about events! We begin on Friday with a panel of experts to answer questions from 3-5 pm. This is technically for those who are farther out than you are, but you certainly are welcome, as it is part of the entire event and still gives you very important information. After that, we have a meet and greet from 6:30 pm to 9 pm. Very informal and fun, reception food. Bright and early Saturday, we have main stage speakers until we have lunch (included) and after that go into breakout sessions with various topics on weight loss, plastic surgery, nutrition, relationships, support, etc. After that, it's the main session for one more speaker and prizes. Break for dinner, then come back at 8 pm until midnight for a member fashion show and dance and lots of socializing! We're very casual and have lots of fun! Whew.
If you have more questions, please PM me!
Hope to see you there!
Kim
Great I will look forward to meeting you all!!!
Keep in touch,
Steph
